Vulnerability Overview

The BulletProof Security WordPress plugin before 6.1 does not sanitize and escape some of its CAPTCHA settings, which could allow high-privileged users to perform Cross-Site Scripting attacks even when unfiltered_html is disallowed

REMEDIATION: Update to version 6.1, or a newer patched version --- IDENTIFIER: CWE-79 (Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting')) The product does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes user-controllable input before it is placed in output that is used as a web page that is served to other users.
