Vulnerability Overview

Server-side request forgery (SSRF) vulnerability in admin/htaccess/bpsunlock.php in the BulletProof Security plugin before .51.1 for WordPress allows remote attackers to trigger outbound requests that authenticate to arbitrary databases via the dbhost parameter.

REMEDIATION: Update to version .51.1, or a newer patched version --- IDENTIFIER: CWE-918 (Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF)) The web server receives a URL or similar request from an upstream component and retrieves the contents of this URL, but it does not sufficiently ensure that the request is being sent to the expected destination.
