Vulnerability Overview

The WP 2FA – Two-factor authentication for WordPress plugin for WordPress make it possible for attackers to disable other user's 2FA settings in versions up to, and including, 2.1.0.

REMEDIATION: Update to version 2.2.0, or a newer patched version --- IDENTIFIER: CWE-639 (Authorization Bypass Through User-Controlled Key) The system's authorization functionality does not prevent one user from gaining access to another user's data or record by modifying the key value identifying the data.
