Vulnerability Overview

The Simple Membership WordPress plugin before 4.0.9 does not have CSRF check when deleting members in bulk, which could allow attackers to make a logged in admin delete them via a CSRF attack

Technical Analysis

REMEDIATION: Update to version 4.0.9, or a newer patched version --- IDENTIFIER: CWE-352 (Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF)) The web application does not, or cannot, sufficiently verify whether a request was intentionally provided by the user who sent the request, which could have originated from an unauthorized actor.
