Vulnerability Overview

The Simple CAPTCHA with Cloudflare Turnstile plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Captcha Bypass in all versions up to, and including, 1.42.1. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to bypass captcha.

None of that substitutes for the fix: Simple CAPTCHA with Cloudflare Turnstile 1.42.3 closes this, and updating the plugin is the step that ends it.
