Vulnerability Overview

The Modern Events Calendar Lite WordPress plugin before 6.4.0 does not sanitize and escape some of the Hourly Schedule parameters which could allow users with a role as low as contributor to perform Stored Cross-Site Scripting attacks

REMEDIATION: Update to version 6.4.0, or a newer patched version --- IDENTIFIER: CWE-79 (Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting')) The product does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes user-controllable input before it is placed in output that is used as a web page that is served to other users.
