Vulnerability Overview

There is a Cross-Site Scripting vulnerability in Microsoft Clarity version 0.3. The XSS payload executes whenever the user changes the clarity configuration in Microsoft Clarity version 0.3. The payload is stored on the configuring project Id page.

REMEDIATION: Update to version 0.4, or a newer patched version --- IDENTIFIER: CWE-79 (Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting')) The product does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes user-controllable input before it is placed in output that is used as a web page that is served to other users.
