Vulnerability Overview

A stored XSS vulnerability exists in the Envira Photo Gallery plugin through 1.7.6 for WordPress. Successful exploitation of this vulnerability would allow a authenticated low-privileged user to inject arbitrary JavaScript code that is viewed by other users.

REMEDIATION: Update to version 1.7.7, or a newer patched version --- IDENTIFIER: CWE-79 (Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting')) The product does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes user-controllable input before it is placed in output that is used as a web page that is served to other users.
