Vulnerability Overview

A stored XSS vulnerability exists in the Custom Link Attributes control Affect function in Elementor Page Builder 2.9.2 and earlier versions. It is caused by inadequate filtering on the link custom attributes.

REMEDIATION: Update to version 2.9.3, or a newer patched version --- IDENTIFIER: CWE-79 (Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting')) The product does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes user-controllable input before it is placed in output that is used as a web page that is served to other users.
