Vulnerability Overview
The QAEngine theme for WordPress is vulnerable to Privilege Escalation in versions up to, and including, 1.4 via the 'class-ae-users.php' file and 'ae-sync-user' AJAX action. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers to gain access to an administrative account.

REMEDIATION: Update to version 1.5, or a newer patched version --- IDENTIFIER: CWE-269 (Improper Privilege Management) The product does not properly assign, modify, track, or check privileges for an actor, creating an unintended sphere of control for that actor.
