Vulnerability Overview

The WordPress WP YouTube Live Plugin is vulnerable to Reflected Cross-Site Scripting via POST data found in the ~/inc/admin.php file which allows unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in versions up to, and including, 1.7.21.

REMEDIATION: Update to version 1.7.22, or a newer patched version --- IDENTIFIER: CWE-79 (Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting')) The product does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes user-controllable input before it is placed in output that is used as a web page that is served to other users.
