Vulnerability Overview

Cross-site scripting vulnerability exists in WP Statistics versions prior to 13.2.0 because it improperly processes a platform parameter. By exploiting this vulnerability, an arbitrary script may be executed on the web browser of the user who is logging in to the website using the product.

REMEDIATION: Update to version 13.2.0, or a newer patched version --- IDENTIFIER: CWE-79 (Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting')) The product does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes user-controllable input before it is placed in output that is used as a web page that is served to other users.
