Vulnerability Overview
The WP Mail Logging plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized notice dismissal due to a missing capability check on the feedback_notice_dismiss() function in versions up to, and including, 1.11.2. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers with subscriber-level access and above to dismiss plugin notices.

WP Mail Logging < 1.12.0 carries this weakness at feedback_notice_dismiss(), and reaching it takes a caller who can reach the endpoint. A missing authorization check means a function is reachable by anyone who can reach the endpoint, because the code never asks whether the caller is allowed to perform the action.
Any user who can reach the endpoint gets to run an action reserved for higher-privileged roles, from reading protected data to changing settings or content. For WP Mail Logging the fix is 1.12.0: builds < 1.12.0 are affected, anything from 1.12.0 onward is not.

Update to version 1.12.0, or a newer patched version
