Vulnerability Overview

XSS exists in the wp-live-chat-support v8.0.15 plugin for WordPress via the modules/gdpr.php term parameter in a wp-admin/admin.php wplivechat-menu-gdpr-page request.

REMEDIATION: Update to version 8.0.16, or a newer patched version --- IDENTIFIER: CWE-79 (Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting')) The product does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes user-controllable input before it is placed in output that is used as a web page that is served to other users.
