The Wp EMember plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery in all versions up to, and including, 10.6.5. This is due to missing or incorrect nonce validation on the manage_blacklist() function. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject malicious web scripts and update the blacklist via a forged request granted they can trick a site administrator into performing an action such as clicking on a link.
Technical Analysis
REMEDIATION: Update to version 10.6.6, or a newer patched version --- IDENTIFIER: CWE-352 (Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF)) The web application does not, or cannot, sufficiently verify whether a request was intentionally provided by the user who sent the request, which could have originated from an unauthorized actor.
