Vulnerability Overview
The Database Backup for WordPress plugin before 2.5.1 does not properly sanitise and escape the fragment parameter before using it in a SQL statement in the admin dashboard, leading to an SQL injection issue

Reaching this weakness in Database Backup for WordPress < 2.5.1 takes a caller who can reach the endpoint. SQL injection happens when request data is concatenated into a query instead of being bound as a parameter, letting an attacker change the structure of the statement rather than just its values.
A working injection can read any table the database user can see, which on a WordPress install means user records, password hashes and session or API secrets stored in options. For Database Backup for WordPress the fix is 2.5.1: builds < 2.5.1 are affected, anything from 2.5.1 onward is not.

Update to version 2.5.1, or a newer patched version
