Vulnerability Overview

The WooCommerce Stock Manager WordPress plugin is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery leading to Arbitrary File Upload in versions up to, and including, 2.5.7 due to missing nonce and file validation in the /woocommerce-stock-manager/trunk/admin/views/import-export.php file.

Technical Analysis

REMEDIATION: Update to version 2.6.0, or a newer patched version --- IDENTIFIER: CWE-352 (Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF)) The web application does not, or cannot, sufficiently verify whether a request was intentionally provided by the user who sent the request, which could have originated from an unauthorized actor.
