Vulnerability Overview

The Razorpay for WooCommerce plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery in all versions up to, and including, 4.5.6. This is due to missing nonce validation on several functions hooked via admin_post. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to update, direct, create, and reverse transfers through the plugin via a forged request granted they can trick a site administrator into performing an action such as clicking on a link.

Technical Analysis

REMEDIATION: Update to version 4.5.7, or a newer patched version --- IDENTIFIER: CWE-352 (Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF)) The web application does not, or cannot, sufficiently verify whether a request was intentionally provided by the user who sent the request, which could have originated from an unauthorized actor.
