Vulnerability Overview

The MULTIDOTS WooCommerce Quick Reports plugin 1.0.6 and earlier for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored XSS. It allows an attacker to inject malicious JavaScript code on the WooCommerce -> Orders admin page. The attack is possible by modifying the "referral_site" cookie to have an XSS payload, and placing an order.

REMEDIATION: Update to version 1.1, or a newer patched version --- IDENTIFIER: CWE-79 (Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting')) The product does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes user-controllable input before it is placed in output that is used as a web page that is served to other users.
