Vulnerability Overview

Cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in ls/vv_login.php in the VideoWhisper Live Streaming Integration plugin 4.27.2 and earlier for WordPress allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via the room_name parameter.

REMEDIATION: Update to version 4.27.4, or a newer patched version --- IDENTIFIER: CWE-79 (Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting')) The product does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes user-controllable input before it is placed in output that is used as a web page that is served to other users.
