Vulnerability Overview

The plugin Very Simple Contact Form in versions up to and including 11.4 uses a captcha that can be bypassed by bots. Version 11.5 removes the captcha code leaving the contact form vulnerable.

REMEDIATION: Update to version 11.6, or a newer patched version --- IDENTIFIER: CWE-804 (Guessable CAPTCHA) The product uses a CAPTCHA challenge, but the challenge can be guessed or automatically recognized by a non-human actor.
