Vulnerability Overview

The UpdraftCentral Dashboard plugin 0.8.23 for WordPress is vulnerable to Server-Side Request Forgery via the font parameter in the load_font action. It allows an unauthenticated attacker to make a request to any internal and external server.

REMEDIATION: Update to version 0.8.24, or a newer patched version --- IDENTIFIER: CWE-918 (Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF)) The web server receives a URL or similar request from an upstream component and retrieves the contents of this URL, but it does not sufficiently ensure that the request is being sent to the expected destination.
