Vulnerability Overview

The Ultimate Product Catalog WordPress plugin before 5.0.26 does not have authorisation and CSRF checks in some AJAX actions, which could allow any authenticated users, such as subscriber to call them and add arbitrary products, or change the plugin's settings for example

REMEDIATION: Update to version 5.0.26, or a newer patched version --- IDENTIFIER: CWE-352 (Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF)) The web application does not, or cannot, sufficiently verify whether a request was intentionally provided by the user who sent the request, which could have originated from an unauthorized actor.
