Vulnerability Overview

The Sunshine Photo Cart plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Insecure Direct Object Reference in versions up to, and including, 2.9.25 due to missing validation on a user-controlled key. This can allow unauthenticated attackers to manipulate orders that do not belong to them.

REMEDIATION: Update to version 3.0, or a newer patched version --- IDENTIFIER: CWE-639 (Authorization Bypass Through User-Controlled Key) The system's authorization functionality does not prevent one user from gaining access to another user's data or record by modifying the key value identifying the data.
