Social Share Button <= 2.1 - Stored Cross-Site Scripting
Strategic Overview
Vulnerability Overview
The Social Share Button plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'ssb_share_content_icon_margin', 'ssb_social_sites_domain', 'ssb_social_sites_domain_url', etc. parameters in versions up to, and including, 2.1 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated Admin+ attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.
