Vulnerability Overview

The Seamless Donations WordPress plugin before 5.1.8 does not have CSRF check in place when updating its settings, which could allow attackers to make a logged in admin change them via a CSRF attack

Technical Analysis

REMEDIATION: Update to version 5.1.8, or a newer patched version --- IDENTIFIER: CWE-352 (Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF)) The web application does not, or cannot, sufficiently verify whether a request was intentionally provided by the user who sent the request, which could have originated from an unauthorized actor.
