Vulnerability Overview

The settings page of the Redirect 404 to parent WordPress plugin before 1.3.1 did not properly sanitise the tab parameter before outputting it back, leading to a reflected Cross-Site Scripting issue

REMEDIATION: Update to version 1.3.1, or a newer patched version --- IDENTIFIER: CWE-79 (Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting')) The product does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes user-controllable input before it is placed in output that is used as a web page that is served to other users.
