Vulnerability Overview
The Product Recommendation Quiz for eCommerce plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized modification of data due to a missing capability check on the prq_set_token function in versions up to, and including, 2.1.0. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to modify plugin settings via a request to the 'settoken' REST API endpoint.

Quiz Builder for WooCommerce <= 2.1.0 carries this weakness at settoken, and reaching it takes a caller who can reach the endpoint. A missing authorization check means a function is reachable by anyone who can reach the endpoint, because the code never asks whether the caller is allowed to perform the action.
Any user who can reach the endpoint gets to run an action reserved for higher-privileged roles, from reading protected data to changing settings or content. For Quiz Builder for WooCommerce the fix is 2.1.2: builds <= 2.1.0 are affected, anything from 2.1.2 onward is not.

Update to version 2.1.2, or a newer patched version
