Vulnerability Overview
The Pop-up plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Privilege Escalation in versions up to, and including, 1.1.5. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers (with subscriber-level privileges or higher) to execute otherwise privilege restricted actions and bypass capability checks.

REMEDIATION: Update to version 1.1.6, or a newer patched version --- IDENTIFIER: CWE-269 (Improper Privilege Management) The product does not properly assign, modify, track, or check privileges for an actor, creating an unintended sphere of control for that actor.
