Whoever can shape the request decides the answer, so the protected action runs for callers the code never meant to allow. For Perfect Brands for WooCommerce the fix is 2.0.5: builds <= 2.0.4 are affected, anything from 2.0.5 onward is not.

Update to version 2.0.5, or a newer patched version
