The Google Fonts Typography WordPress plugin before 3.0.3 does not escape and sanitize some of its block settings, allowing users with as role as low as Contributor to perform Stored Cross-Site Scripting attacks via blockType (combined with content), align, color, variant and fontID argument of a Gutenberg block.

REMEDIATION: Update to version 3.0.3, or a newer patched version --- IDENTIFIER: CWE-79 (Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting')) The product does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes user-controllable input before it is placed in output that is used as a web page that is served to other users.
