The login-or-logout-menu-item plugin before 1.2.0 for WordPress has no requirement for lolmi_save_settings authentication.

REMEDIATION: Update to version 1.2.0, or a newer patched version --- IDENTIFIER: CWE-601 (URL Redirection to Untrusted Site ('Open Redirect')) The web application accepts a user-controlled input that specifies a link to an external site, and uses that link in a redirect.
