Vulnerability Overview

The Lazy Blocks plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized access of data due to a missing capability check on the maybe_export_json() function in versions up to, and including, 4.1.0. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to export block data.

REMEDIATION: Update to version 4.1.1, or a newer patched version --- IDENTIFIER: CWE-862 (Missing Authorization) The product does not perform an authorization check when an actor attempts to access a resource or perform an action.
