Vulnerability Overview
The Knowledge Base plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via div classes that can be added to blocks in versions up to, and including, 2.1.1 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers with contributor level permissions and above to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.

REMEDIATION: Update to version 2.1.2, or a newer patched version --- IDENTIFIER: CWE-79 (Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting')) The product does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes user-controllable input before it is placed in output that is used as a web page that is served to other users.
