Vulnerability Overview

The 3D FlipBook WordPress plugin before 1.12.1 does not have authorisation and CSRF checks when updating its settings, and does not have any sanitisation/escaping, allowing any authenticated users, such as subscriber to put Cross-Site Scripting payloads in all pages with a 3d flipbook.

REMEDIATION: Update to version 1.12.1, or a newer patched version --- IDENTIFIER: CWE-79 (Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting')) The product does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes user-controllable input before it is placed in output that is used as a web page that is served to other users.
