Vulnerability Overview

Cross-site request forgery (CSRF) vulnerability in the iMember360 plugin 3.8.012 through 3.9.001 for WordPress allows remote attackers to hijack the authentication of administrators for requests that with an unspecified impact via the i4w_trace parameter. NOTE: this can be leveraged with CVE-2014-8948 to execute arbitrary commands.

REMEDIATION: Update to version 3.9.001, or a newer patched version --- IDENTIFIER: CWE-352 (Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF)) The web application does not, or cannot, sufficiently verify whether a request was intentionally provided by the user who sent the request, which could have originated from an unauthorized actor.
