Vulnerability Overview

The Images to WebP WordPress plugin before 1.9 does not have CSRF checks in place when performing some administrative actions, which could result in modification of plugin settings, Denial-of-Service, as well as arbitrary image conversion.

REMEDIATION: Update to version 1.9, or a newer patched version --- IDENTIFIER: CWE-352 (Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF)) The web application does not, or cannot, sufficiently verify whether a request was intentionally provided by the user who sent the request, which could have originated from an unauthorized actor.
