Vulnerability Overview

The FormCraft WordPress plugin before 3.8.28 does not validate the URL parameter in the formcraft3_get AJAX action, leading to SSRF issues exploitable by unauthenticated users

REMEDIATION: Update to version 3.8.28, or a newer patched version --- IDENTIFIER: CWE-918 (Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF)) The web server receives a URL or similar request from an upstream component and retrieves the contents of this URL, but it does not sufficiently ensure that the request is being sent to the expected destination.
