A CSV Injection vulnerability was discovered in Flamingo up to version 2.1. It allows a user with low level privileges to inject OS command that will be included in the exported CSV file, leading to possible command/code execution.
Technical Analysis
REMEDIATION: Update to version 2.1.1, or a newer patched version --- IDENTIFIER: CWE-77 (Improper Neutralization of Special Elements used in a Command ('Command Injection')) The product constructs all or part of a command using externally-influenced input from an upstream component, but it does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes special elements that could modify the intended command when it is sent to a downstream component.
