Vulnerability Overview

The Fancy Product Designer plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery via the FPD_Admin_Import class that makes it possible for attackers to upload malicious files that could be used to gain webshell access to a server in versions up to, and including, 4.7.5.

Technical Analysis

REMEDIATION: Update to version 4.7.6, or a newer patched version --- IDENTIFIER: CWE-352 (Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF)) The web application does not, or cannot, sufficiently verify whether a request was intentionally provided by the user who sent the request, which could have originated from an unauthorized actor.
