Vulnerability Overview

The Estatik Real Estate Plugin plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized modification of data due to a missing capability check on the es_dismiss_notices() function in all versions up to, and including, 4.1.0. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to update arbitrary options values to "1" which could ultimately lead to a denial of service.
