Vulnerability Overview

The Conversios.io plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized modification of data due to a missing capability check on the conversios-productsync/v1/cron-productsync REST API endpoint in versions up to, and including, 6.5.0. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to trigger a product sync.

REMEDIATION: Update to version 6.5.1, or a newer patched version --- IDENTIFIER: CWE-862 (Missing Authorization) The product does not perform an authorization check when an actor attempts to access a resource or perform an action.
