Vulnerability Overview
The Editorial Calendar plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to insecure direct object reference in versions up to, and including, 3.7.12. This is due to insufficient validation on a user controlled key. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers with contributor-level capabilities and above to perform actions on objects they aren't intended to manipulate.

Changing a number in the request is enough to read or modify other users' records, which on commerce and membership sites means customer data. For Editorial Calendar the fix is 3.8.0: builds <= 3.7.12 are affected, anything from 3.8.0 onward is not.
