Vulnerability Overview

The Easy Property Listings plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized modification of data due to a missing capability check on the epl_update_listing_coordinates function in versions up to, and including, 3.5.3. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to update listing co-ordinates.

REMEDIATION: Update to version 3.5.4, or a newer patched version --- IDENTIFIER: CWE-862 (Missing Authorization) The product does not perform an authorization check when an actor attempts to access a resource or perform an action.
