Vulnerability Overview

The WordPress Download Manager WordPress plugin before 3.2.16 does not escape some of the Download settings when outputting them, allowing high privilege users to perform XSS attacks even when the unfiltered_html capability is disallowed

REMEDIATION: Update to version 3.2.16, or a newer patched version --- IDENTIFIER: CWE-79 (Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting')) The product does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes user-controllable input before it is placed in output that is used as a web page that is served to other users.
