Vulnerability Overview

The Download Manager Plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to reflected Cross-Site Scripting in versions up to, and including 3.2.42. This is due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on the 'frameid' parameter found in the ~/src/Package/views/shortcode-iframe.php file.

REMEDIATION: Update to version 3.2.43, or a newer patched version --- IDENTIFIER: CWE-79 (Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting')) The product does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes user-controllable input before it is placed in output that is used as a web page that is served to other users.
