The Cooked Pro plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to PHP Object Injection in versions up to, but not including, 1.7.5.7 via deserialization of untrusted input from the recipe_args parameter. This allows unauthenticated attackers to inject a PHP Object. If a POP chain is present via an additional plugin or theme installed on the target system, it could allow the attacker to delete arbitrary files, retrieve sensitive data, or execute code.

REMEDIATION: Update to version 1.7.5.7, or a newer patched version --- IDENTIFIER: CWE-502 (Deserialization of Untrusted Data) The product deserializes untrusted data without sufficiently ensuring that the resulting data will be valid.
