Vulnerability Overview
The Appointment Booking Calendar plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass due to a missing capability check on the cpabcal_feedback() function in versions up to, and including, 1.3.69. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level permissions and above, to submit plugin feedback. This can also be exploited via CSRF due to missing nonce validation.

Appointment Booking Calendar <= 1.3.69 carries this weakness at cpabcal_feedback(), and reaching it takes a caller who can reach the endpoint. A missing authorization check means a function is reachable by anyone who can reach the endpoint, because the code never asks whether the caller is allowed to perform the action.
Any user who can reach the endpoint gets to run an action reserved for higher-privileged roles, from reading protected data to changing settings or content. For Appointment Booking Calendar the fix is 1.3.70: builds <= 1.3.69 are affected, anything from 1.3.70 onward is not.

Update to version 1.3.70, or a newer patched version
