Vulnerability Overview

Cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the choose_primary_blog function in wp-includes/wpmu-functions.php in WordPress MU (WPMU) before 2.7 allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via the HTTP Host header.

REMEDIATION: Update to version 2.7, or a newer patched version --- IDENTIFIER: CWE-79 (Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting')) The product does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes user-controllable input before it is placed in output that is used as a web page that is served to other users.
