Vulnerability Overview

Multiple cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerabilities in template-functions-post.php in WordPress 1.5 and earlier allow remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands via the (1) content or (2) title of the post.

REMEDIATION: Update to version 1.5.1.2, or a newer patched version --- IDENTIFIER: CWE-79 (Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting')) The product does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes user-controllable input before it is placed in output that is used as a web page that is served to other users.
